Venom from different organisms was used in ancient times to treat a wide range of diseases, and combat variety enveloped non-enveloped viruses. The aim this silico research investigate the impact honeybee venom proteins peptides against Ebola virus. In current study, online offline tools were used. RaptorX (protein 3D modeling) PatchDock (protein–protein docking) as tools, while Chimera LigPlot + v2.1 for visualizing protein–protein interactions.
